MS & HS Tier regulations are all the same (time limits and selections) due to same judges and forms adjudicating both tiers.
- New Area: Testing
- Different tests are available for Middle School and High School Tiers.
- Testing occurs on festival day, proctored in a computer Testing Lab.
- We will not be able to offer the festival ensembles (band, choir, or strings) this year.
