Northwest Valley Baptist Church has always encouraged families to educate their children biblically. It became obvious over time that parents here and in sister churches needed some support and assistance in providing a biblical worldview education. After much prayer and hard work, NWVBC established ACA in the year 2000.

NWVBC started Arrowhead Christian Academy with 45 students in grades 1st-6th
2003
First band was established and first participation of fine arts competition
2004
Completion of C&D buildings allowing more space for the 88 students in grades Kindergarten-12th
May 2005
First high school graduation with 5 graduates
Fall 2011
All four sports teams won their AICS state championship games
2016
Construction began for the new church building and future ACA classrooms
2019
Construction of the elementary classroom hall was completed
